Goals
To advance education by providing EmowerInnovate instructional workshops about vocational and life skills for the benefit of individuals who are unemployed or needy.
To relieve poverty by providing monthly ‘bundle of active love’ donation packages of tangible basic essential items (such as hats, mittens, gloves, feminine hygiene, etc.) products to individuals who are poor or needy.
To carry out activities that are incidental and ancillary to the attainment of Hills and Valleys Nonprofit Organization EmpowerInnovate charitable purposes.

Our EmpowerInnovate programs and services assist individuals in becoming more equitable within mainstream society by delivering practical solutions that will address their concerns and challenges with the following:
- a focused priority to hear from and amplify the voices and concerns of those often not heard, and
- easy-to-follow strategies and actions that address individual and community concerns and aspirations
