Instructions on How to Donate, Partner, and/or Sponsor

Hills and Valleys Nonprofit Organization ‘bundles of active love’, are carefully curated collections of tangible items accompanied by EmpowerInnovate strategic instructional guides and informational leaflets designed to empower, support, and uplift individuals, community leaders, and governments.

Donating

a. Monetary Donations: i. Use the “Donate” button to submit your donation amount ii. Follow the instructions to complete the transaction securely.

b. In-Kind Donations: i. Review the ‘bundle of active love’ page on the website for the donation wishlist. ii. Contact our donation coordinator at hillsandvalleysorg@gmail.com to arrange pick-up, drop-off and/or shipment details.

c. Text-to-Give: i. Text “ACTIVE LOVE” to [613-255-8759]. ii. Follow the prompts to complete the donation process.

Partnering

a. Corporate Partnerships: i. If your organization is interested in a corporate partnership, email hillsandvalleysorg@gmail.com. ii. Provide details about your company and the level of partnership you are considering.

b. Community Partnerships: i. Local businesses and community groups can collaborate by organizing joint events or campaigns. ii. Reach out to hillsandvalleysorg@gmail.com to discuss potential partnerships.

Sponsoring

  1. a. Individual Sponsorship: i. Visit our website and look for the “Sponsor a Bundle” section. ii. Choose the sponsorship level that suits your budget and follow the provided instructions to complete the sponsorship.

    b. Corporate Sponsorship: i. Corporate entities interested in sponsoring bundles can connect with hillsandvalleysorg@gmail.com. ii. Provide information about your company, the desired sponsorship level, and any specific preferences.

  2. Follow-Up: a. After making a donation, partnership, or sponsorship, you will receive a confirmation email with details about your contribution. b. Stay connected with us through our newsletter, social media channels, or website updates to see the impact of your support.

  3. Tax Deductibility: a. Confirm the tax-deductible status of your contribution with our finance department or consult your tax advisor.
