This EmpowerInnovate workshop will provide participants with an opportunity to express their voices and amplify their concerns and challenges with a series of large group discussions and smaller more focused plenary sessions.
The data and information collected HERE and at the workshop will be presented to organizations and the federal government of Canada so that the real concerns, challenges and recommendations from racialized and marginalized individuals can be included in programs, projects and the development of new policies and the revision of existing policies.HERE

Hello Power Builders! The EmpowerInnovate Diversity Workshop Results show that we have a lot of work to do to empower racialized and marginalized community members to feel as good as mainstream community members. Unfortunately, the survey results state that 13% of community members do not feel as good as mainstream people and approach people and situations with fear.
Together, we can empower all community members to set standards for progressive actions of advancement.
